Internship at Popular Education and Action Centre (PEACE)
Duration: Preferably 8 weeks, with flexibility in exceptional cases.

Our internships are designed to immerse individuals in participatory education, grassroots democracy, and rights-based advocacy, providing hands-on experience in strengthening social movements and community-led action.

Who Can Apply?
We welcome:

🔹 Professionals & Researchers – Individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of people-centered governance and rights-based development.
A background in social sciences, education, development studies, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Passion, curiosity, and a commitment to social justice matter the most.
What Will You Work On?
Interns at PEACE engage in a variety of activities, tailored to their interests and skills. Your responsibilities may include:
✔ Conducting research on democracy, governance, and people’s movements
✔ Supporting grassroots training programs and workshops
✔ Developing educational materials and publications
✔ Assisting in documentation and policy analysis
✔ Creating content for digital platforms and outreach initiatives
✔ Participating in community visits and field studies (where feasible)
Interns will be mentored by experienced professionals and will have opportunities to engage with a wide network of civil society groups.
Location & Flexibility
📍 Delhi (Head Office) – Preferred location for in-person engagement
📍 Remote Internship – Available, with regular virtual check-ins
📍 Field Opportunities – Possible visits to grassroots communities
