ABOUT PEACE LIBRARY

PEACE Library has a collection of around 3500 books and 200 documentary films on Social Development, Social Movement, Economic Development, Rural Development, Environment Education, Health, Human Rights, Disarmament and Indian/World literature etc.

We in “Peace” Serve People from all who walks of life including students, representatives from civil society, academia, government and media persons.

Our library has a reading room where readers can read as well as watch documentary films. For the larger group, screening can be organised.

The Library uses OpenBibilo Software, OpenBiblio software package consists of modules on cataloguing, circulation, reporting and OPAC (On line Public Access Catalogue). Users can search for books of their interest through OPAC. The database of books available in the Library is updated on a day-to-day basis with details of recently acquired books.
