Job title: Program Associate
Location: New Delhi (with field travel as required)

PEACE invites applications for the position of Program Associate to support the design, implementation, and documentation of our ongoing and new initiatives. The role involves active engagement in proposal writing, training and capacity building, documentation, and communication.
We are looking for someone passionate about participatory development, grounded in community realities, and eager to contribute to meaningful social transformation.
Key Responsibilities:-
Proposal & report writing
- Draft project proposals, concept notes, and donor reports
- Support program tracking and compliance documentation
Documentation & Communication
- Record field experiences, case studies, and key learnings
- Prepare materials for website, newsletters, and social media
Training & Capacity Building
- Organize and facilitate workshops and learning sessions
- Develop and refine training modules and manuals
Research & Program Support
- Conduct field and desk research to inform program strategies
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and coordination with partners
Digital Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva or similar tools for creative documentation
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education, or related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, proposal development & documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to social justice, gender equity, and participatory approaches
- Willingness to travel for fieldwork
Compensation
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience, as per organizational norms.
